Important Notice About Rewards Program

Due to changes made in this business it has been necessary to discontinue the Rewards Program to take affect immediately. Instead prices will be lower than our already low prices. If you have a points credit it may be used as normal but no more points will accumulate.

What is a loyalty program?

We value our customers and want to reward you for returning back each and every time. Our loyalty program is an easy way to earn points and save more!

How do I join your loyalty program?

Joining our loyalty program is automatic when you place your first order. Thereafter, be sure to login to your account when you place orders. 

How do I earn points?

You earn points automatically when you place and order.

How do I redeem points?

Your points are automatically available for you to redeem during checkout. This means that the next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you. We want to make it easy to earn your loyalty.

To claim store credit you must be logged in to your account & checkout using the orange "Checkout" button from the shopping cart (see image below). Selecting to checkout using PayPal Express (Checkout with PayPal option or the credit card icons) bypasses the store credit redemption option and does not give you the opportunity to use accumulated store credit on that order. We cannot allocate store credit once the order is finalised. 



How does your loyalty program work?

You will earn up to 3% off the total of your order e.g. spend $50, get $1.50 store credit. This is done automatically as long as you have registered an account and logged in to place the order and use the orange "Checkout". You can untick the option to use the store credit during an order and keep accumulating the amount with each order until you are ready to use the rewards credits. Reward credits expire after 6 months.

After your order is shipped or the order has a status of "Completed" - in the case of e-patterns - an email will be automatically sent to you advising you of the points you have earned for that order.

How do you redeem points during checkout?

Points may be redeemed on your next order or you can choose to carry over the points and accumulate them to be used on another order. To accumulate the points select the option "Pay using an alternative payment method" during checkout (this option is below the option "Pay using my store credit" highlighted in blue below) this will give you the payment options without including the store credit and the store credit will be available for future orders.

Do my points expire?

Yes they expire after 6 months.

Rules and Regulations

  • Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Points earned or redeemed do not apply to GST or shipping.

  • Points are earned and redeemable by the email address on account only.

  • Points are non-transferable.

  • Credits can only be claimed during checkout and cannot be applied to an order after the payment has been received. The points will still be available for use on your next order. 

  • Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.

  • Points are accumulated by current purchases only.

  • Members must be 18 years or older.

  • We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.

  • Accounts without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.

 The more you use, the more you save. We appreciate your repeat business, and your loyalty means the most to all of us. We intend to do all we can to continue creating more ways for our loyal customers to save and obtain even more value with every purchase.
